Having Problems Logging In?

To use the OpenTech Systems Support page, you need to make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. A cookie is a very small data file created by our web server that is stored on a your computer after you log in.

Allowing Cookies in Internet Explorer

1. Select Tools > Internet Options > Security.

2. Make sure that Restricted Sites is not selected.

3. Or click on Custom Level, scroll down to Cookies, and click both Enable buttons.

Allowing Cookies in Netscape Navigator

1. Select Edit > Preferences.

2. Click the Advanced item in the column on the left. Check either Accept all cookies or Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server.
